Using bone broth instead of water or stock adds a rich depth of flavour while creating a beautifully satisfying gravy. Whether you're cooking for the family or preparing meals in advance, this classic beef stew is simple to make and easy to adapt with your favourite vegetables.
Why Use Bone Broth in Beef Stew?
Bone broth has been used in traditional cooking for generations and is a simple way to add extra richness to slow-cooked meals.
Using bone broth in place of stock helps create a fuller flavour that develops as the stew cooks, while naturally complementing the beef and vegetables. Because our British Beef Bone Broth contains no vegetables, herbs or seasonings, you remain completely in control of the final flavour of your dish.
