Safe Place Deliveries
If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a nominated safe place or provide delivery instructions requesting that it is left unattended, you do so at your own risk.
By providing these instructions, you authorise Royal Mail to deliver your parcel in accordance with your request.
Once Royal Mail has confirmed that your parcel has been delivered to your nominated safe place or in accordance with your delivery instructions, responsibility for the parcel passes to you. British Broth Company cannot accept liability for parcels that are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged after successful delivery.
If you believe your parcel has not been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, or it has been delivered to an unauthorised location, pleaseΒ contact usΒ as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update the address.
If your parcel is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, you'll be responsible for the cost of postage to resend your order.
