Dispatch Times

We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday.

  • Order cut-off: 11:00am (UK time)
  • Orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • Standard orders: Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Perishable items (e.g. tallow products): Royal Mail Tracked 24

Typical delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch
Cost: Free UK shipping on all orders over £20

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are shipped automatically according to your selected schedule.

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Free shipping on all subscription orders

International Shipping

We ship to Europe and worldwide using the international postal network.

  • International shipping cost: £15
  • Free international shipping on orders over £60

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are charged by your local authorities
  • These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the order total
  • British Broth Company is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

  • A parcel is considered lost after 10 working days from dispatch
  • If your parcel is lost, we will replace the order
  • Refunds are not offered for lost parcels

Please contact us first if your order is delayed or missing so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned or needs to be resent due to an incorrect address, postage costs will be charged before reshipping
