This fermentation process provides a rich source of beneficial bacteria. Once fermented, we bottle the water kefir juice, ready for you to enjoy daily.
Each can contains nearly 34 billion CFU (colony-forming units) of friendly bacteria, including lactobacillus and bifidobacterium, entering your digestive system.
