Homemade Pizza

This homemade pizza recipe is super simple and because I don’t like a heavy base, I use wholemeal wraps instead.

These ingredients make 1 pizza


  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp mature cheese grated (locally sourced)
  • 1 slice of ham (locally sourced)
  • 1 green pepper chopped (homegrown)
  • 1 pineapple slice (optional)
  • Garnish with herbs, pepper, and chilli flakes (optional)


Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

  1. Put the homemade pizza together by starting off with the wraps and spreading the tomato purée over the top. 
  2. Add the cheese, ham, green pepper and other ingredients evenly spread across the whole pizza.
  3. Carefully carry the pizza and place directly on the shelf of the oven. Bake for 7-10 minutes (or until browned).

Serve with salad 🥗
