Nutrition & Quality
Is dehydrated broth as nutritious as liquid broth?
Yes, absolutely. Dehydration does not impact the natural nutrients found in properly made bone broth.
Why is your broth dehydrated rather than sold as liquid?
We moved away from liquid broths because they are expensive to produce, store and ship. Dehydration allows us to offer a more eco-friendly solution with a longer shelf life, zero food waste, no refrigeration, and significantly reduced environmental impact.
Why can the colour or texture vary between batches?
Natural variation is normal. Colour and texture can vary depending on the type of bones used, how long they were roasted, and time spent cooking and dehydrating. This does not affect quality or nutrition.
Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store the broth once opened?
Store in an airtight container, away from moisture and heat.
Do I need to refrigerate the broth powder?
No. Refrigeration is not required.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our broths have a minimum shelf life of 5 years when stored correctly.
